Job Description
Lake Champlain Maritime Museum is looking for a gardener to maintain its two rectangular flower beds, each measuring roughly 600 square feet with perennials and shrubs located in the front of the campus. A typical season consists of approximately 50+ hours of weeding, pruning, sculpting, and weed whacking, at $45.00 an hour. The work may be done at your convenience, but some coordination is necessary for the group of volunteers that are scheduled to help with spring weeding. Museum staff take care of watering when needed, and mulching.
Our peaceful and scenic location borders beautiful Lake Champlain next to the Basin Harbor Club, a popular destination for summer vacations.
