If you’re interested in developing sailing skills, making friends, and having a shorter overnight camping experience, this is the program for you! Sail Champlain is a 5-day sailing intensive from our base camp and nearby campsites on Lake Champlain. During the day you’ll get to practice and learn new sailing skills in our 10’ sailing dinghies and 29’ sailing whaleboats. Each evening, you’ll return to base camp, cook communal meals and camp out in tents. Our exact daily schedule will vary, depending on wind and weather conditions, so participants will need to be flexible and ready to adapt as needed. If the weather allows, this program will include a one-night sailing expedition in the whaleboats.
