Weekend Sailing

Experience Lake Champlain by sail! Get out on the water and have some fun in custom-built sailing dinghies made in the Museum’s boat shop. A great experience for family, friends, or adventurous dates, this is a special weekend experience for anyone looking to have some sailing fun on Lake Champlain.

Participants can book boats in 1-hour increments for themselves or their group. Each boat can fit two adults and one child (under 13) maximum. Participants should have previous on-water experience in a sail boat or other small watercraft and should be able to swim. Simple operating instruction will be provided and a safety boat will be present, however this is not an introduction to sailing course. Come prepared to sail, wear attire that is okay to get wet.
