Talking Archaeology: Uncovering the American Revolution

In 2025, Lake Champlain Maritime Museum is excited to introduce Talking Archaeology, a free evening talk series with Museum archaeologists and researchers. Learn about local history, archaeological discoveries, artifacts, and the unique stories that our team has uncovered over four decades of nautical archaeology and research.

Join us on June 5 for our first installment of the series: Uncovering the American Revolution: Current and Upcoming Archaeological Research in Lake Champlain with Chris Sabick, Executive Director.

This talk will be held in the auditorium of the Hoehl Family Education and Visitor Center. It will last approximately 30-45 minutes with time for Q&A afterwards. Talking Archaeology is free to attend with registration.
