Artifact W99-01 is a Lead Cannon Apron.
This sheet of lead would have been placed over the touchhole of a cannon when it wasn't in use to keep water and debris out of the gun barrel.

Although it is not confirmed, the location where both of the apron (W99-01) and the cannon muzzle fragment (W01-06) were found suggest they may be related to one another.
