Introduction to Fish Processing

Learn the basics for fish processing and cooking with this hands-on, FREE clinic at the Museum with Vermont Fish and Wildlife. Filleting and cleaning techniques will be shown in addition to at least two cooking methods. Fish will be provided and there will be ample time to practice the skills covered. This clinic will be held outside at Lake Champlain Maritime Museum.
