Pollutants\, invasive species\, and microplastics are just a few of the threats to the health of our watershed. Stop by the Clean Water Act Exhibit\, on the green\, to learn about the threats to the Lake Champlain Watershed\, the species impacted by these threats\, and how we can be better stewards of the Lake Champlain Watershed!  \n\n\n\nThis event is free to attend\, no registration required. \n\n\n\nA gradual ramp leads up to this exhibit making it accessible for all wheels.

SUMMARY:Anthropology 101 on the Giant Map
DESCRIPTION:Anthropology is the scientific study of human culture. In this program\, we will use the 25 by 35 foot Giant Map of the Lake Champlain watershed to reflect on our role in the cultures of the basin. We will also discuss the anthropology of climate change and visitors can join in for hands-on activities designed for families and visitors of all ages! \n\n\n\nThis program will take place outside on the flagpole green just outside of the Hoehl Family Visitor and Education Center. Program will be subject to inclement weather.
