Membership Benefits
In appreciation for the important support of its members, Lake Champlain Maritime Museum extends a number of valuable privileges to its members:
- Unlimited free admission to the Museum at Basin Harbor and Shipyard at Burlington.
- Discounts on museum store purchases.
- Subscription to the LCMMnews & Annual Report.
- Advance registration and discounts for LCMM Learning Adventures, including Courses and Workshops.
- E-mail bulletins announcing special events, lectures, and and breaking news.
- Reduced admission to 150 Vermont Museum and Gallery Alliance member museums.
- Free admission to Council of American Maritime Museum’s member museums (with $100 membership and up).
- Invitations to programs and activities designed especially for members.
Membership Packages
Lake Champlain Maritime Museum offers a variety of membership packages customized to meet the needs and interests of everyone in its large and varied audience. All memberships are renewable annually, one year from the date of initiation. They are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. In some cases, the tax-deductible portion of membership contributions may be reduced by the value of member benefits. PURCHASE ONLINE
- Student $20—for students enrolled in higher education programs
- Single $30—for a single person
- Two-person $40—for two adults living at the same address
- Family $50—for two adults and all their children, or grandchildren, 17 years and under
Special member packages including all member privileges plus complimentary day passes are:
- Family plus 4 $60—family member privileges plus four guest passes
- Family plus 8 $125—family member privileges plus eight guest passes
- Family plus unlimited $500—family member privileges plus unlimited number of guest passes
Extra special member packages including all member privileges and much, much more are:
- Friend of the Museum $1000—unlimited guest passes, quarterly news updates from the Executive Director, invitations to special Friend’s events and receptions
- Corporate $1000—unlimited free or reduced admission for employees on a specially-designated corporate day or throughout the season, use of LCMM facilities for meetings, workshops and seminars.

Contributions to the Annual Fund are applied directly to defray the museum’s operating costs. They do not change the membership category of the donor or carry any additional special privileges. Please be certain that your payment is clearly directed to Membership or Annual Fund so that we can allocate the funds as you intend.
