Underwater Robotics Summer Camp

Underwater Robotics Summer Camp - For Teens

July 14 - 18, 2014, for ages 13-17

Greensea ROV

Teens -- work together to equip a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) with accessories and top-of-the-line navigation/guidance software. Then launch it in Lake Champlain on a deep-water mission that you help design. LCMM is proud to be partnering with Greensea Systems of Richmond, Vermont, who are software and technology experts in underwater robotics.

Hey Teens! Work on a top-of-the-line ROV unit that you will update alongside expert technicians and engineers. Be ready to get your hands dirty. Hate math and science? Not a problem! It takes all types of skills for this.

Hey Parents! Participants explore the wide range of subjects that ROVs study, including history, archaeology, and environment. They work as a team to plan and accomplish a real-world underwater goal. Family is invited to the Lake Champlain mission on the last day of camp!

Cost: $550 per participant Need-based scholarships available; fill out the Registration Form.

To Register: Fill out the Registration Form (includes financial aid application) and submit by Email (info@lcmm.org) or Mail to:
